Particularly designed for machine tapping in open or
through holes. Shearing action of the point in cut produces
curled, free-flowing chips ejected ahead of the tap. They
are suitable for use in a wide variety of materials and
may be run at higher speeds than straight fluted taps.
TiN Coating results in an extremely hard surface
with high lubricity for increased tool life, improved
thread quality, reduced torque and increased tapping speeds
for greater productivity.
