Shipping/Returns

We ship to all 50 states. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. If UPS delivery is not avilalb eto your location we will ship via United States Postal Service priority mail. We cannot ship orders via COD.

Shipping Charges

• $8.00 for entire order
• UPS ground shipping to continental United States
• Express shipping to Alaska or Hawaii extra

Return Policy

In the event that you may need to make a return, to process that return as efficiently as possible, please note our return policy:

Please email sales@insutrialrool.com to get your return authorization. Returns made prior to obtaining a return authorization will not be processed. All returns must be in their original packaging and shipped back to to the return address on the original invoice. A copy of your invoice or packing slip must be included with the returned items.

Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Claims of descrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipts of products.

What are my Shipping Options?

We offer up to four shipping options for more orders under 150lbs, sent to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii): Next Day Air, 2nd Day Are, 3-Day Select, and $7.99 Flat-Rate Shipping.

Please note the following:

•  Orders over 150lbs may only be sent via freightliner ($7.99 + A Freightliner Charge).
•  If you are paying using check or SECURE-eBill, please allow adequate payment processing time. Payment must be processed before your order can be shipped.
•  For International Orders, we offer expedited and express shipping

Does the $7.99 Shipping Apply to Each Item I Order?

Our $7.99 Shipping Rate is a flat-fee - meaning you will only be charged $7.99 for all applicable items within your order no matter how many items you order.

Please note: Orders containing items over 150lbs will require freightliner delivery at an additional charge.

Do You Always Ship Multiple Items Together?

Items ordered together are not always shipped together.

What are the Shipping Charges for Items Classified as: Special, Oversized, or Weight More than 150lbs?

International Shipping FAQ

Do you Ship to Destinations Outside the United States?

Yes, we ship to many international destinations including: Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Japan, France, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Holland, Hong Kong, Italy, Northern Ireland, Norway, Scotland, Singapore, Spain and Sweden. We can also arrange delivery to many other countries, you can call to find these rates.

What Shipping Method Does IndustrialTool.com Offer for International Orders and How Long will it Take to Receive my Order?

Depending on the item, delivery options, and destination; IndustrialTool.com may ship international orders via: UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Express Shipping

•  Not available on all items.
•  Order processing takes 2-4 days; delivery time depends on your destination, but generally takes 8-10 business days.
•  Signature upon delivery required.

Expedited Shipping

•  Not available on all items.
•  Order processing take 2-4 days; delivery time depends on your destination, but generally takes 10-12 business days.
•  Signature upon delivery required.

International Return Policy

International Orders are governed by our Standard Return Policy with the following amendments:

•  International Customers bear full responsibility for insuring return merchandise arrives at our warehouse within 20 days or initiating a return, including all incurred shipping, duty and tax charges.
•  Manufacture warranties sometimes vary in countries other than the United States, please contac the respective Manufacturer to find out whether coverage varies in your country.
